Men and Masturbation

Masturbation is the process of mitigating tension through solo sex. This process involves stroking the sex organ or genital region for achieving sexual pleasure, typically to attain an orgasm. The orgasm tends to relieve stress as well as make the person feel relaxed and happy.

Boys and men tend to start masturbating between twelve and fourteen years of age, this is not to say that they cannot start sooner however. Many will start masturbating around or near the puberty phase. Customarily, males are able to attain full orgasms - with ejaculation - at around the age fourteen or fifteen.

Healthy methods in masturbating for men:
The proper method for males to ejaculate or masturbate is to structure the hand so that it forms a fist. The hand is limply, gripped around the penis in which the male will begin stroking the erect penis in an upward and downward movement. This is healthy, since a male masturbating in other ways could cause difficulty in sexual erections down the road. If there is one thing men do not want to do, it is damage their penis!

Women and men alike, as a rule, masturbate at some time or another because they love the gratification that results from an orgasm. Masturbation is the process of relieving the body of semen building up in the vesicles for males. However, women tend to start masturbation later than men do. This is because women do not have anywhere to store semen and they do not have the physical need to release things in that manner.

This process relieves the sac of matured semen (Spermatozoon). (NOTE: Sperm is a technically mistaken term. The correct term is semen or spermatozoon) When the matured semen or spermatozoon is, absent from the body, only fresh semen resides inside the male sac.

Avoiding unhealthy masturbation:
Males should avoid masturbating while facing down in position. This arrangement will apply stress to the sex organ or penis and may lead to sexual difficulties such as erectile dysfunction. Avoiding this position will reduce your risks of TMS (Traumatic Masturbatory Syndrome).

Males should avoid inserting objects into the tube for discharging urine (urethra) during masturbation. In addition, males should preclude during ejaculation, stopping the stream of spermatozoon or semen from existing the penis tube. Semen will accumulate in the sac for urine (i.e. urinary bladder that expands muscular sacs where urine collects prior to discharge from the body and to the urethra) this action can injury your blood vessels and/or the nerves in the male organ. (Penis)
